· Wolf Creek Ski Area has been advised by the Colorado Department of Transportation that the West side of the pass will be closing at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, December 29th, for avalanche mitigation work. The West side is anticipated to open between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Please expect delays. The East side of the pass will remain open to the ski area. For any early birds who get beyond the avalanche closure gate on the West side before 6:00 a.m. the Wolf Creek Lodge (Upper Lodge) and Prospector Grill will be open at 7:00 a.m. with a limited grab and go breakfast menu.
· Wolf Creek Ski Area is 100% open with lifts operating from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.! The Raven Lift will open at 8:00 a.m. Wolf Creek is open 7 days a week, including holidays, for the 2020-2021 ski season!
· The Horseshoe Bowl Snowcat Shuttle is operating and is free with the purchase of a lift ticket. Riders are required to wear a mask and the capacity will be limited.
· At this time, the amenities offered to skiers and boarders are the lifts, restrooms, private lessons, rentals, Treasure and Noel Sports.
· The Upper Lodge and Prospect Grill are open with a limited menu; all seating is outdoors from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. It is recommended that you bring your own water, lunch and snacks.
· Lift tickets are now at the full price. Please visit the eStore at WolfCreekSki.com to view prices and pre-purchase lift tickets. SuperSaver Season Passes are not valid today Monday, December 28th thru Sunday, January 3rd.
· Pre-purchased lift tickets will be picked up at Will Call, located next to the Ticket Office. Tickets will be under the purchaser’s last name. Please have your driver’s license available.
· Colorado State Guideline requires wearing face masks and social distancing in all indoor and outdoor public places. This includes buildings in the base area and while riding a lift. Masks are required outdoors while in the base area and while in ticket and lift lines. Tickets will not be sold to anyone without a mask or face covering. · The Meadow Loop, Lake Spur and Fun Loop Nordic Trails were groomed and track set December 27th.
