Updates for

Sunday, April 5th, was the final day of the 2025-2026 ski season. Wolf Creek would like to thank all of our guests & employees for a great ski season!! We hope everyone has a fun & safe summer and look forward to seeing you for the 2026-2027 season!!

After April 5th, non-motorized traffic is discouraged due to heavy logging operations, heavy equipment and construction taking place throughout the permitted area.  Alternatives to skiers and snowboarders looking to enjoy spring skiing are the Wolf Creek Access Road, Lobo Overlook, Big Meadows and Tucker Ponds.

The Meadow Loop and Spencer’s Loop as well as Lake Spur Nordic trails are open. They were last groomed on April 2nd.

** No vehicles are permitted to stay overnight in any parking lots, with the exception of the Snowshed (Overflow) Lot.  Wolf Creek Ski Area in conjunction with the United States Forest Service have developed policies & procedures available at this link.

** Per 36 CFR261.50 (a) there is a permanent closure to all motorized vehicles within the Special Use Permit.
