Wolf Creek Ski Area is open for the 2024-2025 ski season with 7-day-a-week operations!
The Raven, Bonanza, Treasure, Elma, Charity Jane, Alberta, Tumbler, Lynx, and Nova Lifts are operating today, Thursday, December 5th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Skiers and boarders will have access to 100% of the mountain. The Magic Carpet is open for the Wolf Pup & Wolf Rider Programs.
Wolf Creek’s all natural snow depth is 38 inches at the midway. Skiing conditions are Machine-Groomed/Packed Powder with Variable Off-Piste. Expect unmarked obstacles. The year-to-date snowfall is 94 inches.
Today, Thursday, December 5th is Local Appreciation Day! Lift tickets are $68 for adults, $49 for seniors and $34 for children. Everyone is considered a local!

Ski & Snowboard School, Ski & Snowboard Rental, and Treasure Sports are open. Prospector Grill, the Pathfinder Bar, Upper Lodge and Continental Espresso Bar are open. The Base Camp picnic building is also open.
The Raven's Roost restaurant is now open 7 days a week!
Uphill Traffic is permitted on Kelly Boyce to Divide Trail. Make sure and pick up an uphill pass at the ticket office.
The Meadow Loop and Lake Spur Nordic Trails were groomed and track set on December 3rd.
Wolf Creek is celebrating its 85th Anniversary! There will be fun events and activities throughout the season that offer skiers and boarders a chance to win prizes and swag. Visit the 85th Anniversary page for details.
Wolf Creek Ski Area is accepting applications for full-time, part-time and holiday positions in all departments specifically: Ski & Snowboard School and Base Operations. All jobs are winter seasonal (November – April). All positions offer skiing privileges and competitive wages starting at $19/hour. No vehicles are permitted to stay overnight in any parking lots, with the exception of the Snowshed (Overflow) Lot. Wolf Creek Ski Area in conjunction with the United States Forest Service have developed policies & procedures available at this link.
